A passion for Papertrey

For this weeks Passion for Papertrey challenge I used the Love Birds stamp set and dies which have been on my wish list for ages. I also used Edger 3 die, Tiny Tags stamp set and dies and Happy Spot paper pack. The card base is PTI Aqua Mist.

Amongst this months order were my anniversary sets which are gorgeous so I'm going to have a play with those later, well one of them, I shall stroke the other!

A passion for Papertrey- Springing into Spring

I'm not sure that these colours count as being spring-like but I just love Hawaiian Shore, its such a cheerful colour, I'm even more unsure about the black but it seemed like a good idea at the time.

It's another tag from me for this weeks challenge. This is one of my favourite PTI sets and I first saw it at the Passion For Papertrey day, last October, when it was used for one of the card classes. My classmate Nicole won the set in a prize draw, lucky thing and it went straight on my wish list.

Stamps and dies used are PTI, the papers are October Afternoon and I used Ocean Tides (my most favourite PTI colour) ribbon.

Well this challenge couldn't be more perfect for me, I much prefer making tags to making cards, its not so overwhelming somehow!

I have five nephews so this will be going to one of them.

All items used are PTI, except the branch which is a Martha Stewart punch and the bakers twine which I bought from the Ribbon Reel, they have lots of yummy colours.

Just managed this challenge for http://mojomonday.blogspot.com/ by the skin off my teeth! My picture isn't very good i'm afraid as it has been very dark all day, non stop rain.

This is one of the numereous Magnolia stamps I bought at the NEC, I spent an unmentionable amount of money but it was so worth it! I am having a major panic as my Magnolia stamp club money hasn't been taken out of the bank yet, I hope my order hasn't gone astray.

Hi everyone, here's my entry for the http://www.sugarbowlblog.blogspot.com/. I decided to have a go with some stitching, so my mum lent me her old Bernina Machine which is about 100 years old, I think its past its sell by date as the stitches havn't come out very well, something else to add to my never ending shopping list!

We don't have many craft shops in Derby/Notts so I have to rely on on-line shopping which is a pain as I think its much nicer when you see things IRL, anyway on Saturday I went into my local Reams which is more of an art shop and nearly passed out with excitement as they have started selling copics, I was in copic heaven.

Sugar Bowl Challenge

Coloured with copic sketch markers, making memories paper, bazzill dots, nestabilites (which I can't live without) and a Magnolia sentiment stamp. I enjoyed making a card this size for a change (10.5x20cm).

I don't think I'll mange to squeeze in any more crafting for this bank holiday weekend, back to work tomorrow.

Love this magnolia stamp as it gave me the chance to use some flowersoft which I bought from the NEC in March.

Fortunately my new spring Magnolia stamps arrived yesterday, just in time for the first justmagnolia.blogspot.com// challenge (thank you Crafts U Love).

Basic Grey Wisteria, various copics, American Crafts felt flowers, Prima flowers and nesties.

I'm not finding the copics easy to use, I seem to keep buying the wrong colours and getting the hair colour right makes me want to scream, but I will get there in the end, hopefully! I am going to have a go at following Rachel's copic tutorial (thank you Rachel).
